Apology And Plea To Our Bishops
In this Open Letter to the bishops, the reasons and motives for seeking the fulfillment
of Our Lady's request for the consecration of Russia are set forth. During the
Second Vatican Council, approximately 500 bishops from around the world petitioned
Pope Paul VI to obey Our Lady's request in this matter. However, adhering to the
Vatican-Moscow Agreement made in 1962, he chose not to heed the bishops' request.
